Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Manager to lead and manage various hardware and software engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across teams for successful project execution.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the hardware & software engineering function.
  • Improve, train, and support teams in adopting and adhering to engineering processes.
  • Promote effective use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools.

  • Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design and development.
  • Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
