Key Role:

We are seeking a skilled BMS Hardware Architect to design and develop advanced hardware systems for our BESS domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in state-of-the-art designing, layout, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative BMS hardware systems for our BESS domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases
  • Evaluate performance and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 12-14 years of experience in BMS hardware development
  • Strong understanding of Power Electronics concepts, Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADCs, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs
  • Experience with simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad
  • Familiarity with Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries and PCB layout constraints

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
