Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

As a senior financial leader, you will play a key role in driving the financial success and stability of our organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse variances to drive business growth and optimise resources.
  2. Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, and other core financial functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. GST and TDS Compliance: Manage day-to-day GST & TDS compliance-related matters, prepare GST related workings, and manage GST Annual audit to ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics to stakeholders.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, reducing costs and improving productivity.

We require an ideal candidate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, holding a degree in accounting or finance (CA preferred). Proficiency in Oracle is an added advantage for this position.
