Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategist to drive product innovation and ensure seamless alignment between business strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document comprehensive product requirements that meet business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and engineering/data science teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform AI-driven product development.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for AI solutions.
  • Lead user testing and gather feedback to validate features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an AI-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and frameworks, including LLMs and Agents.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira is highly desirable.
