We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software development expert to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative software solutions using agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Design and develop high-quality production code, maintain synchronized algorithms with systems, and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
  • Analyze and visualize large data sets to continuously improve software applications and systems.
  • Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Contribute to software engineering communities and explore new technologies.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
  • Stay informed about industry technology trends and best practices for competitiveness and innovation.
  • Demonstrate success in DevOps, infrastructure design, and transformation roles.
  • Apply software skills in business analysis, development, maintenance, and improvement for better project outcomes.
  • Lead testing automation tools implementation and manage system performance for optimal efficiency and security.

Requirements:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficient in coding in Java / Springboot.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React, Angular).
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS) is a huge plus.
  • Experience in Kafka, Cassandra, Cloud Micro-service Development, Restful API development.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps technologies (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
