Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be a skilled software developer with a passion for designing and building innovative software solutions. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into prioritized user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evolve software using the latest technologies and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Product Line Leaders and Architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans
  • Drive efficiency across teams by eliminating duplication and leveraging product reuse
  • Support process improvements that guide development, sustaining, and support activities

The successful candidate will contribute to design discussions, drive world-class quality, and ensure team alignment with business direction, strategy, and results. Additionally, they will engage subject matter experts in successful knowledge transfer and apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean, Agile, XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, Refactoring, and Testing Techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, technical skills, and ability to analyze impact of technology choices
  • Strong experience with C# .NET development and experience in DMS OMS is a plus

The ideal candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team building abilities. The ability to persist to completion and push self and others for results is essential for this role.
