Financial Operations Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Analyst to oversee the functioning and operations of our trading venue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily trading operations, including order entry, trading activity monitoring, and transaction analysis
  • Act as primary contact with members for trading and operations related matters
  • Conduct transaction analysis, orders and trades, and provide assistance to members on their transactional enquiries
  • Contribute to development and testing of systems and products, as well as member onboarding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in financial services from exchanges, investment banks, or brokers
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (2:30 am IST - 10:30 am IST, 10:30 am- 6:30 pm IST, and 6:30 pm IST- 2:30 am IST)
  • Experience in a trading support role and exchange trading processes
  • Proven operational troubleshooting skills, strong liaison and coordination skills across departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of testing financial platforms or products is advantageous
