Lead Robotics Specialist

  • Drive the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MR onboarding and field operations.
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, encompassing sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with high-value MR clients post-deployment, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continually improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Role Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is beneficial).
  • Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket MR services.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems, along with in-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics.
  • Requisites: Preference given to those currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
