Client Engagement Engineer

About the Role:

As a Client Engagement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of innovative companies by providing tailored material testing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients across various industries.

  • Understanding client needs and recommending suitable material testing solutions.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Building and managing high-value accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving repeat business.
  • Leading outreach activities to grow the sales funnel and explore new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Material Science, Metallurgical & Materials, Polymer, Ceramic, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
  • Strong communication skills to manage US-based clients and high-profile accounts.
  • Knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques, and industry-based standard test methods.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
  • Professional presence, energy, and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results.
