About the Role:
As a Client Engagement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of innovative companies by providing tailored material testing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients across various industries.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable material testing solutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Building and managing high-value accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving repeat business.
- Leading outreach activities to grow the sales funnel and explore new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Material Science, Metallurgical & Materials, Polymer, Ceramic, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
- Strong communication skills to manage US-based clients and high-profile accounts.
- Knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques, and industry-based standard test methods.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
- Professional presence, energy, and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results.
