Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to ensure high-quality delivery on all quality parameters, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for auditing calls, chats/email interactions on product/process, communication, and soft skills parameters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting audits and providing feedback to targeted populations to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Analyzing data, creating designated reports/decks, and participating in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approaches.
  • Communicating the importance of positive customer experiences, making recommendations, driving process improvement, reducing learning curves, and enhancing product/process knowledge for new joiners.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.

This role requires prior experience handling quality for outbound sales accounts, excellent writing and comprehension skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and technical knowledge of English communication. You should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and possess effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills.

A customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to handle/analyze data for quantitative and qualitative analysis are essential for success in this role.
