About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities to ensure seamless academic delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth academic experience
  • Deliver projects within set timelines, resource constraints, and quality expectations
  • Create and maintain a network of professional freelancers and industry experts
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Prepare status/weekly reports by analyzing relevant information
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, is also essential.
