Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to lead the execution of IT projects for global clients. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical expertise with project coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, allocate resources, and drive execution from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT infrastructure and software projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholder communication at every stage.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and escalate when required.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ISO standards, and internal quality frameworks.
  • Support transitions from project delivery to operational support teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or engineering.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (servers, cloud, networks, or applications).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile/Scrum (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, your goal is to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. To achieve this, you must be able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to overcome them. Your excellent communication skills will also help you to maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource allocation, and risk management. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
