Job Overview

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into actionable artifacts, facilitating effective collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Their primary objective is to drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with product owners to identify and deliver applications that enhance efficiency across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain best practices and support enhanced business metrics through day-to-day support, training, and engagement.
  • Drive adoption and business benefits by executing ongoing release management and providing informed, efficient, and confident user experiences.
  • Work with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements and organize them into actionable artifacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban development methodologies and their application in delivering successful software projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of software development and testing concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with development management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to write user stories with good acceptance criteria and collaborate effectively on a team.
