Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Operations Lead to drive the implementation of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices across our global infrastructure environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous service improvement, ensuring high levels of stability and availability of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive SRE principles and initiatives to enhance service resilience, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans, reducing Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR) and service impact.
  • Analyze technical debt and develop strategies to address it, reducing risk and improving overall service quality.
  • Develop and maintain processes for incident recovery, problem management, and service resilience, ensuring alignment with industry-best-practice standards.
  • Participate in major incidents as an escalation point, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities for Service Improvement Programs, driving improvements across the infrastructure estate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related discipline.
  • Technical knowledge of SRE areas of focus, including capacity management, monitoring tools, and observability.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with ability to drive approach and process changes.
  • Initiative-taking, focused, and resilient individual with a cheerful outlook.
  • Good negotiation/influencing skills, able to overcome resistance and reach consensus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time-critical incident and recovery situations, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundation certificate is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog and ITRS.
