Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Transformation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic roadmaps for core infrastructure services across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid IT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve strategic roadmaps for core infrastructure services.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to develop relevant offerings.
  • Drive continuous innovation across infrastructure modernization, workplace efficiency, cloud transformation, and IT operations resiliency.
Thought Leadership & Advisory:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and clients on infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and ITSM modernization.
  • Represent the practice in industry forums, analyst interactions, and executive briefings.
  • Author whitepapers, PoVs, and business cases that articulate the value of integrated infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM solutions.
Capability Building & Governance:
  • Build and manage a global bench of infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow architects and consultants.
  • Establish internal competency frameworks and training programs to enable rapid scaling of delivery capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional integration across cloud, automation, security, operations, and workplace to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Go-to-Market & Enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutioning teams to position infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Support pre-sales with solution narratives, technical strategies, and custom demonstrations.
  • Drive the creation and promotion of joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with hyperscalers and OEMs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of experience in core infrastructure leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of data center operations, hybrid/multi cloud architectures, networking, and ITSM tools.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling global practices, reusable IP, and advisory-led offerings.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and shape client strategy.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams globally and driving growth through prescriptive solutions and proactive delivery innovation.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
