About the Role

  • Represent IT strategy in global planning and governance forums.
  • Evaluate and ensure availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure platforms.
  • Develop and improve SLAs and KPIs for design, deployment, transition, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Foster compliance, security best practices, and operational enablement.
  • Promote transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
  • Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
