This key role is pivotal in our transformation journey, shifting from traditional infrastructure management towards a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model. Understanding data center to cloud and data center to data center migrations is a significant advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • ~5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
  • Previous experience implementing container strategies, i.e. Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, GKS.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Proven track record of leading modernization initiatives, including DevOps support, automation including CI/CD/CM, SRE facilitation and tool rationalization.
  • Experience managing compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, ISO) and high-security environments.
