Job Summary:

  • Maintenance and asset management is a key responsibility for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to monitor vendor performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • This position ensures adherence to quality management standards, health and safety policies, and environmental regulations.
  • The individual will execute operational maintenance activities for inside plant electronics (ISP) and ensure the reliability of optical fiber network uptime.
  • Strong leadership skills are required to manage outsourced infrastructure maintenance teams and coordinate with network operations centers.
  • The successful candidate will propose and implement energy optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring SLA KPIs, executing O M activities, and ensuring compliance to health, safety, environment, and fire policies.
  • A collaborative approach is necessary to work with infrastructure maintenance core teams for maintaining network performance and upgradation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with asset management software and systems.
