Role - ServiceNow Administrator DeveloperExperience - 5 years of relevantLocation - Noida Preferred Bangalore Chennai - Temporary RemoteShift Timing - 02 00 Pm to 12 00 OR 04 30 PM to 01 30 AMBachelor of Science in Computer Science Business or related field or equivalent work experience6 - 9 years of overall IT experience minimumMinimum 3 years of experience as administrator and developer for ServiceNow Certified as a ServiceNow System AdministratorExperience implementing at least 3 of the following ServiceNow product lines applications Incident Management Problem Management Service Catalog Change Management IT Business Management Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development IT Operations Management Experience maintaining CMDB Asset Product ManagementSQL experience for Data Mining and Data AnalysisITIL Foundations certification v4 preferred Experience and or certifications with several of the advanced ServiceNow areas below Advanced training and or higher level certifications in the Mainline certification paths for IT Service ITSM ITBM and or platform application developmentExperience in orchestration with Active Directory and integration with other commercial systems HRIS OSS Exposure experience with Integration Hub spoke capabilities ideal Expertise in Web Technologies Web Services XML HTML CSS HTTP etc a plusExperience with building REST SOAP APIs SKILLS ABILITIES Interested in proposing technical solutions with a thorough understanding of business requirements and conversations with subject matter expertsAbility to work with diverse teams clinical service center operations and IT that directly or indirectly impacts business processesEffective internal and external collaboration with all levelsPersuasive techniques to gain cooperation acceptance and agreement on business mattersCustomer service focused including the ability to create an atmosphere that encourages an open dialogue about the internal and external customer s needsAbility to maintain composure in addressing stressful and challenging situationsAbility to assess situations and assist in conflict resolutionExcellent telephone verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external customersDetail oriented with excellent organization skillsKnowledge and skills in the use of computers and software programsServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for solution design development and administrative application support for the existing ServiceNow application The Administrator will collaborate with multiple IT teams Application Support Service Desk IT Infrastructure to administer current application As the application grows from the current IT footprint to other corporate and operational functional areas the Administrator will engage with area subject matter experts to determine the optimum solution design then configure develop accordingly Provides ongoing systems administration support including installation customization maintenance and troubleshootingDesign create configure workflow Create and use Update Sets If you think this role is aligned with your career
