Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct periodical inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate statutory inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and manage manpower resources to meet maintenance needs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
