Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our ADAS Radar Validation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advanced electromagnetic simulations specifically for mmWave 77 GHz Automotive Radar antennas.

  • Electromagnetic Simulation: Perform advanced 3D electromagnetic simulations for mmWave 77 GHz Automotive Radar antennas
  • RF Design Analysis: Conduct comprehensive RF and antenna design analysis and integration for various automotive communication and sensing systems
  • EM Simulation Execution: Execute advanced RF simulations of Automotive electronic components using both circuit and 3D EM solvers
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge in RF domain and Antenna design principles, including:

  • Impedance Matching
  • Radiation Patterns
  • Link Budget Analysis
  • Propagation in Complex Environments

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional national and international teams to ensure seamless design integration and problem resolution.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in RF, Microwave, Electronics, Communication, or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in the use of advanced 3D commercial EM solvers such as CST Microwave Studio, Ansys EADT, or similar tools
