Senior Simulation Consultant

Transformative simulation projects in the Automotive industry require a leader with expertise in manufacturing processes, simulation tools, and strategic guidance. As a Senior Simulation Consultant, you will optimize production cycles, improve quality metrics, and drive innovation in automotive operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies aligned with client business goals by reducing production cycle times or improving quality metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end simulation projects, from requirement analysis to model development, validation, and implementation.
  • Provide expert consulting on applying simulation to automotive use cases, including assembly line optimization, material flow, and supply chain logistics.
  • Identify new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and client pitches to expand simulation engagements.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with automotive clients, acting as a trusted advisor on simulation-driven transformation.

Shape simulation strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to thought leadership to position the organization as a leader in automotive simulation. You will be a trusted advisor to CTOs and senior client stakeholders on simulation-led transformation journeys.

Requirements
  • Must have over 15 years of experience in the Automotive industry, with a strong focus on simulation for manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in simulation tools like Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Dassault DELMIA, Flexsim, or similar tools applied to automotive use cases.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, material handling, and quality control.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact simulation projects with quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage C-suite executives and technical teams.
