The structural simulation Engineer will conduct advanced structural simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of complex structures Responsibilities Conduct advanced structural simulations to analyze and predict the behavior of complex structures under various loading conditions Develop and validate finite element models for structural components and systems Perform detailed analysis of simulation results identify potential issues and provide recommendations for design improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design manufacturing and testing to ensure the structural integrity and performance of products Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural simulation techniques and tools QualificationsQualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field 4-6 years of hands-on experience in structural simulation and analysis Proficiency in using ANSYS LS-DYNA for structural simulations Strong understanding of finite element analysis FEA principles and techniques Experience with material modeling impact analysis seismic drop vibration and crash simulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive aerospace or energy storage systems Knowledge of other simulation tools such as Abaqus HyperMesh or similar Familiarity with programming languages like Python or MATLAB for automation and scripting
