Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Whitefield, specializing in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, contributing to the successful execution of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and analyze structural components for residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Perform calculations and simulations to assess structural performance under various conditions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2-10 years of experience in structural design within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro).
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in India.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
