Lead Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Structural Engineer to lead the construction of RCC structures and supervise the fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures.
- This role requires at least 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- A Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily civil construction activities for RCC structures, including foundations, slabs, columns, and beams.
- Supervising the fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures, such as trusses, supports, and frames.
- Designing and analyzing structural systems for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaborating with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects.
- Reviewing contractor submittals and providing site support.
- Conducting seismic and wind load analysis.
This position demands a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, and excellent communication skills.
