Radar Validation Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Radar Validation Program Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced 3D electromagnetic simulations specifically for mmWave (77 GHz Automotive Radar antennas), optimizing performance, integration, and array design. They will also conduct comprehensive RF and antenna design, analysis, and integration for various automotive communication and sensing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D electromagnetic simulations and RF design principles.
  • Proficient in the use of commercial EM solvers such as CST Microwave Studio or Ansys EADT.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in RF domain and Antenna design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive EMC simulations of Automotive electronic components and DUTs, identifying potential issues and optimizing designs.
