
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Specialist.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
In addition, you will possess strong listening skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities- Understand our products and services.
- Support customers through email ticketing, social media, and phone calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Provide detailed information to customers.
- Maintain records of each phone call for future reference.
- Train new employees to enhance their skills.
- Offer outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for additional information.
- Take feedback from customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
- Create content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
- Contribute to social media and website content.
- Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
- Candidates with international customer support experience are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
