Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to manage mortgage loan sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL). This role is crucial for building a strong network of partners and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) & Connectors.
  • Drive DSAs & Connector empanelment to expand the business network.
  • Create a consistent flow of new leads through these established relationships.
  • Loan Processing & Sales Targets:
  • Manage end-to-end loan processing cycles.
  • Meet monthly login activities and disbursals as per assigned targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional experience in LAP / HL.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
