Project Management Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our water supply projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute single projects with a volume of over 500 crores
  • Command entire projects, including Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, and Claims
  • Resolve issues related to Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Prepare detailed project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates
  • Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives
  • Create a collaborative and high-performance working environment
  • Prepare budgets, manage projects according to budget, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins
  • Assess approvals of project expenditure, considering financial implications on the project cost
  • Understand and execute quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations
  • Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors
  • Plan resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance
  • Understand Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, and Strategic Decisions

Qualifications:

- BE/ B tech/ M tech in Civil Engineering

- MBA in Project/Construction/Finance (preferred)

- 9-12 years of experience in Irrigation/Water Supply projects
