Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Resource with over 10 years of expertise in Oracle Subscription Management.

This role will be critical in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing) and external systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
