Job Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our logistics and supply chain operations. This includes planning, managing, and monitoring all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods to internal and external customers. You will also oversee warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and storage optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and high service levels to customers.
  • Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize logistics costs through vendor negotiations and load optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
