Key Responsibilities
  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for wealth management that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Managing relationships with distributors to bring global investing products to clients via relationship managers and advisors.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing expert knowledge and logistical support for global diversification.
  • Oversight of client portfolios, presentation of global asset classes, and guidance on investment decisions.
  • Staying abreast of global market trends and emerging investment opportunities to curate unique global products for clientele.
  • Leading a team of wealth advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • At least 8 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
