Preschool Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our team as a Reggio Inspired preschool educator.

About the Position

  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • A diploma/degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities

As a Reggio inspired preschool educator, you will:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a rich, child-centered curriculum that supports children's development and interests.
  • Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters exploration, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Use documentation as a tool for reflection and communication with colleagues, families, and children.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and families, and communicate regularly about children's progress and experiences.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding and implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.
