Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. They will be highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively within virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Prepare project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Develop project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—to ensure scope and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation.
  • Cross-functional team coordination to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Review deliverables to ensure organizational quality standards.
  • Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs; foster motivation and high performance.
  • Share project learnings and best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions or training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.
