Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:- Manage overall warehouse activities, including receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
- Ensure compliance with Gate-Entry System procedures, document checks, and physical inspections.
- Oversee material unloading, safety practices, and storage, as well as GRN posting and user inspections in SAP.
- Handle debit/credit notes from suppliers, bill processing, transit insurance knowledge, e-Waybills issuance, RGP & NRGP.
- Manage storages, shelf life (FIFO), preservation knowledge, and handling of materials, including storage and consumption processes for shelf-life items (manual and SAP process) and preservation according to OEM guidelines.
- Coordinate transfer postings and consumptions in SAP, space utilization, spares handling, logical and physical location mapping.
- Maintain control of inventory through perpetual inventory and selective stocktaking.
- Ensure audit compliance for internal and external audits and liaison with legal and government authorities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fuel management, including fuel tankers receipt, checking, measurements, quality testing, decantation, accounting, UGT measurement, dispensing, and recordkeeping.
- Develop and implement warehouse infrastructure and facilities to meet project demands effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials upon receipt and during periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
