Job Title: Team Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled team player to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and expertise in French language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read documents in French, communicate with the local finance department as required
  • Strong reconciliation preparation and resolution skills
  • Review quality control tasks performed by colleagues
  • Manage exceptions, disputes and queries
  • Track aged items and follow up with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies
  • Experience in managing diverse exceptions within processes
  • Hands-on experience in issue resolution and escalation management
  • Ability to train and provide feedback to peers as subject matter expert

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Detailed knowledge of AP
  • Expertise in French Language
  • Strong Experience in Oracle, ARIBA
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to manage client expectations
