- Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with international and domestic vendors.
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while managing performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
- Ensure alignment of purchasing activities with organizational goals, inventory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to forecast future supply needs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and international trade regulations (import/export laws, customs, tariffs).
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and audit-ready documentation.
- Prepare and present strategic purchasing reports, cost analysis, and market insights to executive management.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field. They should also have 7+ years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle is a plus. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment is essential.
