**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for purchasing goods and services on behalf of the company.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and enter purchase orders in Tally Prime based on details provided by senior team members.">
- Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in Tally Prime after material receipt confirmation from the stores or project team.">
- Maintain systematic and up-to-date records of all issued Purchase Orders and GRNs in both Tally Prime and Excel for easy tracking and auditing.">
- Monitor and update the delivery status of all open Purchase Orders and flag overdue deliveries as per instruction.">
- Prepare weekly summary reports of upcoming deliveries, overdue Purchase Orders, and pending items.">
Requirements:
">We require a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in procurement and a strong proficiency in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
