We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Associate to support our founder across various aspects of operations, strategy, personal logistics, and wellness. This role combines executive assistance, project management, personal training, and lifestyle optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Founder & Personal Support
    • Manage calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics efficiently.
    • Drive the founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments as required.
    • Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments; ensure timely execution and seamless coordination.
    • Refill and organize personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials) in a timely manner.
    • Ensure car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules are met consistently.
    • Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination with ease.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners effectively.
  • Operations & Team Management
    • Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups with precision.
    • Track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth accurately.
  • Project & Strategy
    • Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups are maintained.
    • Utilize Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    • Partner with the founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development initiatives.
    • Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations with clarity and confidence.
    • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects diligently.
  • Personal Training & Wellness
    • Conduct daily personal training sessions as required, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
    • Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles is essential.
  • Certified personal trainer (preferred) or demonstrable training experience is necessary.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
