Business Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the overall operation of our location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and finance, administration and manpower needs, transportation and logistics, legal and trade coordination, customer and vendor management, document execution, and asset and inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. A background in business operations, retail management or a related field would be advantageous.

  • Location Operation: Oversee the overall operation of the location, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and optimal performance.
  • Accounting and Finance: Manage accounting and financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Administration and Manpower: Handle administrative tasks, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation of goods inward and outward, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Legal and Trade Coordination: Liaise with officials for legal and trade-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Customer and Vendor Management: Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and build strong partnerships with vendors.
  • Document Execution: Prepare necessary documents, execute assigned tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Asset and Inventory Management: Manage companies' assets, stocks, and inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal waste.

A high level of empathy, love, and compassion is required for this role, as well as a firm believer and practitioner of organizational philosophy, values, and culture so as to imbibe it in day-to-day interactions with customers. Graduation/PG/Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Management is preferred.
