Business Development Manager\

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business teams in drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements that drive business growth and development. You will be responsible for structuring agreements to align with the deal at hand and ensuring that the company's interests are protected.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, vetting and negotiating various kinds of agreements within India and cross-border.
  • Reviewing statutory compliances at various locations and suggesting remedial measures.
  • Understanding business operations and analysing risks involved to advise on mitigating liabilities for the company.
  • Providing advisory services to stakeholders on various issues.

Educational Qualifications

  • LL.B. / LL.M.
\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills and business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, including the ability to draft high-quality agreements and other documents.
  • Well-versed in how business operates in a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the business, including peers and senior management, and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with good judgement and sound risk-mitigating skills.
