Job Title:

IT Services Growth Strategist

Job Description:

As an IT Services Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving significant growth in our IT Infrastructure Management Services. Your role will involve establishing and sustaining credibility with executives, understanding and leveraging political forces within organizations, and driving value creation by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value. You will also be expected to maximize competitive advantage by effectively differentiating solutions from competitors' offerings, efficiently managing internal and external resources, and developing a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and sustain credibility with executives, demonstrating strong executive bonding capabilities.
  2. Understand and leverage political forces within organizations to professionally capitalize on opportunities.
  3. Drive value creation by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value to generate demand for products and services.
  4. Maximize competitive advantage by effectively and ethically differentiating solutions from competitors' offerings.
  5. Efficiently manage internal and external resources to ensure sales and business success, demonstrating strong resource optimization.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services and stay abreast of what is trending in IT Services.
  7. Understand the CMS Services space and leverage strong regional connections with accounts and their CIOs.
  8. Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models.
  9. Articulate differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
Skills:
  • Exceptional business acumen and relationship adeptness.
  • Strong regional connect with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Ability to think out of the box and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Analytical skills to understand reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons.
Qualifications:
  • Proven understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services.
  • Knowledge of the CMS Services space and strong connections within it.
  • Familiarity with the impact of SMAC on client engagement & service delivery models.
  • Understanding of differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
