Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Blade Moulding Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct inspections of blade molding processes and ensure consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of composite materials to ensure they meet the required standards for blade moulding.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor key molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels, ensuring they are within specified limits for optimal blade quality.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document non-conformances in molding and finishing processes, coordinating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Supplier Material Validation: Inspect incoming materials for molding, including fiberglass and resins, ensuring they meet specifications for strength, flexibility, and moisture content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Quality Assurance Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance roles, with a strong understanding of inspection and testing procedures.
  • Moulding Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of blade moulding processes and materials, including composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
