Organizational Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of HR policies across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Management of employee life cycles, including recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation planning, attendance, leaves, payroll management, and employee welfare.
• Development and maintenance of HR records and MIS systems to support business decision-making.
• Compliance with statutory regulations, including handling complaints and grievance procedures.
• Training and developmental activities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Contract management and wage administration.
• Maintenance of good service conditions, improving processes at optimum cost.
• Harmonious and cordial industrial relations within the organization.
• Statutory compliance records under various labor laws.
• Negotiation and discussion with stakeholders, villagers, and local leaders on IR matters.
• Liaisoning with government offices, factories inspector premises, and other organizations.

Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• At least 15 years of experience in site HR management.
