Senior E-Commerce QA Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-Commerce QA professional to lead our Quality Assurance and Automation efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tester with strong leadership skills to drive quality initiatives across global e-commerce platforms.

About the Role

This role will oversee the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications, as well as oversee QA processes for large-scale e-commerce projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in automation, performance testing, cross-browser testing, and test management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools).
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong Magento expertise (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with NetSuite-related testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
