Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will lead the growth of our e-commerce and q-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include building relationships with leading digital shelves, driving performance marketing strategies, boosting sales and conversions, optimizing product listings and conversion funnels, analyzing key performance metrics, negotiating partnerships, and exploring new opportunities to scale our business.

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Develop and manage relationships with major marketplaces, ensuring our products reach a wider audience.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Design and execute data-driven ad strategies to maximize returns on investment.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run targeted promotions, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure our product listings, images, and keywords are optimized for visibility and trust.
  • Data with Action: Analyze performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate co-branded campaigns and premium placements with category managers.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow our business.
