Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in coordinating strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and delivering sophisticated data analysis to maximize revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, sales enablement, or revenue/sales operations, with experience in a SaaS or industrial technology environment. You will be responsible for executing complex sales strategies, providing deep insights, maintaining sales collateral and decks, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain advanced dashboards and predictive models to support forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover strategic insights into sales performance, customer behavior, churn risks, and revenue trends.
  • Be an expert in CRM and Marketing systems, including Dynamics365 and Hubspot.
  • Drive initiatives to increase data quality for Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in strategy, operations, sales enablement, or revenue/sales operations, with 3+ years in a SaaS or industrial technology environment.
  • Proven track record of coordinating complex strategic initiatives, optimizing revenue processes, delivering impactful sales enablement programs, and maintaining sales collateral and decks.
