We process a large volume of transactions each month and have partnerships with numerous establishments across various regions.

Your Role:

As an onboarding associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing expertise in our product suite to enhance customer experiences.
  • Providing comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Working closely with integration teams and technical account managers to resolve complex issues.
  • Facilitating collaboration between customer service, product engineering, and other teams for prompt issue resolution.
  • Building strong relationships through active engagement and exceeding customer expectations.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success or relationship management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • A bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
