About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Professional to join our team, responsible for ensuring seamless candidate experiences and efficient onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly hiring targets for the region and branches.
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, aiming to convert 20+ hires to new starters per month.
Day-to-Day Activities:

The successful candidate will engage with inbound applicants, ensuring timely communication, supporting them in gathering correct documentation, processing high volumes of references, DBSs, and Right to Work checks. They will also verify completed checks with no errors, ensuring all new hires are compliant with CQC regulations. Additionally, they will book candidates into training sessions, liaise with trainers to arrange and confirm dates, and manage candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and organizations, strong organizational skills and prioritization ability, and exceptional attention to detail. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues and blockages to Team Leaders in a timely fashion.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an administrator in HR or Recruitment.

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and organizations.
