**Job Title:** Talent Development Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently recruiting top talent, maintaining a smooth onboarding process, and providing training and coaching to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Consistently recruit excellent staff members who align with our organization's values and goals. Ensure a seamless onboarding process that sets new employees up for success.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Carry out necessary administrative tasks to support the team's success.
  • Performance Reviews and Feedback: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help staff improve their performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain clear policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior human resource managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
